Quick Tips for Users

• Default PIN: Most HYP 2003 tokens come with a default PIN (often 12345678), which you should change immediately for security.

• Token Locked: If you enter the wrong PIN too many times (usually 10 attempts), the token will get permanently locked to protect the data.

• Driver Installation: If the "Auto" pop-up doesn't appear, go to "This PC" or "My Computer" and find the Virtual CD Drive created by the token to run the setup file manually.

If your DSC token is locked, you will get a new token and certificate from the respective CA after proper verification.
